How can I deactivate it policy on my bb 9700at&t product because anytime I want †xxx63719; download says my IT policy does not allow me pls somebody shud heip me. 9700at&t product V5.0.0.405 platform 5.1.0.112

Is the device still on the company BES? And if you are in Nigeria, is your carrier really At&T?

If on BES contact your BESadmin to assist you

If not on BES make sure you backup device as all data will be lost.
