can't add email account
can't add email account prompt their is existing account when login to blackberry user account. Before I was using different subscriber. I did try to use the other subscriber simcard and I manage to login to my blackberry user account.

If I understand your message correctly (I'm not sure that I do), you had your email account setup on your Blackberry with one carrier, switched carriers, and now can't setup the email account with the new carrier because it is still setup with the original carrier? If that's the case, all you should have to do is login to your original carrier's BIS site and remove the email account, and then you should be able to set it up with the new carrier.

Actually, you need to call the previous carrier and cancel the BIS account. That will release the PIN from the account so you can use it with the new carrier. Then you need to delete all service books on the device, set up a new BIS account with the new carrier, have them send service books and add the email accounts there.
