Connection Mapi not stable
Hello,
I have a problem about mapi connection, it is like disconnect automatic and it effect all user cannot send and receive email. To resolve with uninstall mapi and re install, and it solve. But the root problem i never know what make mapi disconnect. because of that this problem happening again and again. If problem happen, iemstest.exe run it will error and we try to re type exchange, BES account (BlackBerry Configuration - edit mapi) it cannot but after doing resolve step, iemstest and re type it success. My suspicious is on mail server, because i'm not expert on exchange, i need help to figure what root cause of this problem. BES version : 5.0.3 Mail Server : Exchange 2010 Windows Server : 2008 R2 MAPICDO version : 6.5.8244 Please Help |

Note : there are 3 server with different "BESAdmin" and when the problem happen, it is not same time.
Any idea ? Or if we read log MAGT, like what statement log which describe there is no connection to exchange ? |

maybe time to recreate the mapi profile?

I think found the problem, in MAGT Log File : MailboxManager::TestOpenMsgStore xxx8211; OpenMsgStore Or MailboxManager::SubsystemInitialize - g_pSession->OpenMsgStore This is because BES see that exchange is "offline" Solution is just restart BES or Reinstall MAPI source : KB14186-BlackBerry Messaging Agent fails to start when the BESAdmin mailbox is not accessible Or if you have error on messaging agent error 5302 try KB00075-Services fail to start and generate "error 5302" on BlackBerry Enterprise Server thanks |
