Personally, I will continue to get my CALs directly from RIM. However, good luck with the site.

No offense, but I'd rather purchase my CALs from one of my service providers or directly from RIM. Basically, they're trusted sources.

Thanks for the response, Darth. I can appreciate your view. I realize that in the dizzying realm of the internet, responses like yours will be very common. Without going too deep into our history, I can tell you we are a telecom services reseller. For the most part, we deal in T-1's, MPLS networks, VOIP and fiber. My boss worked for Sprint for over 15 years and is a network engineer and a great man to work for. We are direct agents for all the big carriers. He founded this company 10 years ago and has many very large clients. The bes site is more of a companion to the entire business, since many of our clients are large companies with 500 + users. I have been brought on to service those clients and all the new clients we have through the website. All orders are confirmed by a call or an email from me to ensure the customer is getting the right product and delivery occurs within about 15 minutes via email from RIM. Our returns occur instantly if there is a mistake, and we follow up with support to ensure there are no issues for the customer. I hope this information at least helps explain where we come from. Again, thank you for the candid input. Perhaps as time goes by, users of this site and others will come to trust us. Our company is here for the long haul and we strive for customer satisfaction with each sale.
