Certificate Search missing when enrolled with Universal Server
 

I seem to be having an awkward problem. If I set up the IT policy to enrol with Universal Server, the Certificate Search application disappears and I also can't search certificates when composing an email.

Changing the IT policy to not have the PGP settings, makes Certificate Search come back.

How can I fix this? I need Certificate Search for S/MIME and need to be enrolled with Universal Server for PGP, as we are using both for communicating with different people.

S/MIME works while enrolled to Universal Server, I can send S/MIME email, I can enrol a certificate, etc, it's just that I can't search other people's certificates (the options are just gone).
