BB Messenger buddies going offline
 

I'm having issues with BB Messenger. Some of my contacts go offline on my BB but they are live on other BB. I try sending them a message but they don't receive the message then it appears that they are offline. Contact has a x beside there names.
Has anyone had this problem? This has only started since OS updated to .266

ok, i've had this similar problem. one of my friends was active on my bbm, but he lost all his contacts, and whenever i'd ping him or anything, it wouldn't go through. then he told me that he didn't have me on his bbm. so even though he was on my list, i wasn't available on his. maybe that's the problem? try re-adding the contacts?

Of course, make sure that each has the other's correct PIN

He has me on his list. He is on my list. Apparently BB tech support from Rogers said they needed to reset his BB on the system. That was done and he received some new service books and been working fine since. Its been almost a day since they reset him on the network. Lets wait and see.
