Can I run BES Admin on a desktop

What do I need to run Blackberry Enterprise Server Administrator from a Windows XP PC?

I have it running on my PC, and I use BES Domino, so I just had to have my Lotus Notes client working locally for the BlackBerry Manager install to work.

XP AND OUTLOOK are all you really need to administer users, you should also install the device software packages if you plan to do device administration fromt ha machine.
