Create Offline Web Forms

I put this question in another forum before I noticed this one, but seeing as I never got a response back, I'm hoping someone here can help me.

I'm writing a web-app for our coporate Intranet site that'll be hit by our black-berry users to enter their expense information. What I'm trying to do is create a submission form that they can cache and submit offline, to have items queue up for when they gain reception again.

Anyone got any suggestions as to how I can go about doing this? Thanks

Thank you very much. I've been loking for this thing, and couldn't find it. Jsut as a quick follow up to this:
When defining the next page target using the x-rim-next-target field, does the target address need to be absolute, or can it be relative? I've been trying to figure it out through trial and error, but I can't get reliable results. Thanks
