This is a privately owned forum, not associated with BlackBerry, the maker of the OS for your really, really old 8310.

A much easier solution would be to buy a newer BlackBerry as the 8310 is not being updated. And hasn't for several years.

OS 4.5 is the last release for the 8310 model. Like NJBlackBerry said, this is a legacy model and stopped seeing any development several years ago. It will continue to function just as it is now, but nobody is working on a new OS or new apps for it.
