Visual Voicemail
I had my Bold in papreweight mode for a while (had no data plan) I just put it back on and also got VVM but when I click on the icon it tells me provisioning is unsuccessful. What does this mean and how do I set it up to work.

It means your voice mail is not on the Visual Voice Mail system. Call ATT and as them to provision you for Visual Voice Mail.

If you have VVM provisioned on your account already, and you're still getting the "Not provisioned" error, call your voicemail (press and hold 1). It will ring and answer. Once you hear the greeting, disconnect. Give it a minute, then go back to VVM, and you should see a screen telling you to set a password. Set a password, and you're in. Basically, calling your voicemail sends a provisioning message to your BB, which activates VVM on your phone.
