Why Can't I Update My Z-10

I'm on Verizon. I have been getting a notice for the last two weeks that there is an update. When I try to update I always get "software update interrupted" Any ideas??:?

Yes I am. I tried WiFi and over Verizons network. I get the same failure.
When I connect to my desktop software, it does NOT show any updates.:?

That was addressed in the latest software release, probably the one you are trying to download. I had the same issues and connected through BB Link instead. That worked and now I get carrier updates no problem OTA!
