Q 10 will not Sync with Outlook
 
I am just bought a Q 10 and use a Samsung laptop. I have just installed Blackberry Link and use Outlook on my laptops. When I want to sync my Q 10 to my contacts to explore them to Outlook in my laptop, nothing happens. My latest contacts are on my Q 10 and I want a One Way Sync to my Laptop.

I have a second older Toshiba laptop, downloaded Blackberry Link, sync the contacts and everything is fine.

On both laptops I cannot download or upgrade to the latest 10.2.1.2102 software.

Any ideas?

BlackBerry Link has always been problematic, and it's worse on older pc's. The BB10 family of BlackBerrys are really designed to sync with cloud-based services like Hotmail, Gmail, etc. That's how they work best.

Make sure you have the latest version of BlackBerry Link installed and that your computer is up to date. You can try restarting the computer to make sure it's running properly. Beyond that you might try syncing Outlook with a cloud served like Hotmail or Outlook.com and then setting up that account on your Q10.
