Blackberry unrepairable, motherboard burnt

Hey I just received my blackberry z10 6 months after i sent it for repair.
I received it with the conclusion that it could not be repaired and the motherboard is burnt. It hasn't fallen or been under water contact in my watch.
Is it true that a blackberry with a motherboard problem cannot be repaired?
Should i really give up on repairing it?

I really do not want to buy another one for now

The cost for repair may exceed the cost for replacement. You may be able to get a refurbished Z10 from your local store or online. I saw one on Amazon.com today for about $100 US
Others may have it even cheaper.

Parts and repair will definitely cost more than $100. There is no easy fix so your best (and cheapest) course of action is like tsac said - get a clean used one as a replacement.

Another idea, some carriers will offer a real cheap replacement if your a customer
Worth a call.
