Messaging agent stops for the BES and has to be started manually...Any ideas what triggers this issue?we have 3 clients facing more or less the similar issue.any work arounds?reinstalling also did not work in some cases any help is appreciated.

By any chance you could provide that specific Agent log file? And also Controller log? As a zip file?

nothing of significance on the mgat logs....

Same thing..
And MAPI error appears on statup of BES ... nothing helps ...
