Newbie here!

I tried the search for this but didn't see anything! Why does my 7100i keep sending me messages that I am now registered on the internet?

when you power up it will register . do you get this all day long or just once

Oh--maybe just once, I didn't know it did that. I am 7 years old and just got this at work. Never had any sort of PDA or anything close to this before. For most my age, all this new stuff is confusing even though I consider myself to be able to figure out most new electronic stuff however, I don't think I ever use any device to it's full potential! Thank you for the info and I'll watch it closer and see if it's just when I turn it on for the day!

Seven years old???!!!

Could you please text your mom or dad and tell them to go read the latest Child Labor Act?

That makes more sense.

I was going to say I don't remember having a BB at my lemonade stand.

Ya gotta have some hook to get the customers in.

Thanks--Oh how I wish I was 17 again! Those were the days! No pagers, no cell phones, no computers, no cable TV, no..............wait a minute, what did we have back then? Oh ya, running water, we had that!

you get registration messages only 3 ways:

1. perform a register now
2. put in a new/different SIM card.
3. and after loading the device software.

John Clark 09-02-2007 11:15 PM

or occasionally changing networks.
