BlackBerry Forums Support Community - What's my upgrade path for 4.1.4?

Hi guys,

I haven't posted in quite a while. My BES software has just been running and running so I have had little need for support. I do have a few questions now so I'm hoping I can get help here.

I've got a Windows SBS 2003 server and plan to keep it a few more years. it's running Exchange 2003 and provides file storage. I've got BES 4.1.4 Bundle 143 installed on this server. That was the really cheap SW that had limited functionality. I think I have 5 licenses total but only use 2 (yes, 2 BB's in my company, myself and myboss). We are a small construction company, so we don't have big needs.

What is my upgrade path? I've heard there is Free BES software available? If not, what should I be going to and if you know, what if any are the costs associated. As you can imagine, we really don't have much of an IT budget, so I have to do everything on the cheap.
