Blackberry Q5 PIM Services keeps downloading
 

Hi,

I'm using a Blackberry Q5, and the PIM Services keeps downloading a few hundred MB a day and sometimes even some gigabytes.
Does anyone know what keeps downloading and how I can stop it?

that's for BES 5, Q5 uses BES 10 or 12 unless using active sync only.

how many contacts? what size is folder?

you can move the contacts to another folder and then move them back,

I have opened the link but I'm not sure how to access BlackBerry® Administration Service?
Can someone explain please what the PIM Service is what it keeps downloading.
