Problem with checking my account balance and loading credit
 

hey geniuses,
Im having problems checking my account balance on MTN Nigeria network. A friend got it fixed for me recently but its back to acting up again and my friend is sooooooo unreachable at the moment. Need help fast.
PS: Its also affecting my loading credit(iv had to do that on another fone after which i then switch my sim bak to my BB)
