Recently i had changed my sim card to a different network since than my bb bold doest not show call logs its show the same old logs before switching the sim cards. I my sms/email folder i cant see the sent items even by using alt + o.

Kindly please help me guyz its really irritating. let me know if i need to format the mobile if yes than how???

I assume that your device is unlocked and that it has been properly activated on the new network?

Have new service books been sent from your new carrier?

With the device on, pull the battery for about 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and let the device reboot. This procedure should be your first step in troubleshooting. Let us know if it works.

no its the same no changes, can you please let me know how to format my bb bold and reinstall the software?? i guess tht should be the best solution.

formatting and reinstalling software is sometimes not the best solution... Have you spoken with your carrier's Tech support? maybe the bold wasnt unlocked properly, is it making calls ok?
