This is for the 9810, not 9900. The OS is device specific so you will need a 9900 OS for your device, not one for the 9810.

I realize that. I do have a 9900 OS, but it won't load. My only option is the wireless music sync when I run the loader. I can't get the loader to load 7.1. I thought this might be a clue, so I downloaded 540 and installed it first. Then tried 7.1, but still no luck. For some reason I can't get the loader to load 7.1, which means my new 9900 is useless to me as I depend on wifi calling in my location. Any ideas?

Installing .540 refers to the 9810 and that is it. Has nothing to do with installing 7.1.x.xxx on a 9900. Have you tried using the DM on another computer?

The final answer as to why it wasn't loading is that it requires a SIM card to be installed to install 7.1.

A little challenging to install. I layered it over the top of 585. On the third go around I wiped the device, reloaded the OS and injected the required CODs to fix the media issues. Then I installed all of my apps fresh instead of restoring.

This OS kicks a$$!

Thanks to all.

Can't get it downloaded through DM. Can someone give a step by step to help accomplish this task. I have the 9810 and the .540 is loaded on my PC but not on my phone. I have upgraded to the .585. I have deleted the vendor file, but could only find one. Is there more than one vender file. Help would be appreciated.

There are at least 2 vendor files. Need to use search to find them.

I tried every possible combination and couldn't get it too load.

I'll wait for an official release.

Hello, I've upgraded my OS to .540 and now I can't watch youtube videos. When I click on the video to load it just refreshes the page. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.
