Old 9330, New Uses
I pulled my 9330 out of the junk drawer last week and charged it up. Given that the radio is turned off, but WiFi on, I was reminded how good the battery life is: it stayed on, mostly unused, for four days.
After a year using the Z10, the 9330 felt like a toy in my hands, but before long I was cranking out draft emails like the good old days. All the keyboard shortcuts came to mind right away, and muscle memory took over as I flew through menus. I don't want to sell it (let's be honest; it's not worth much) but I can't get much use out of it as is. What do you all do with your old BBOS devices? Media player? Kid's toy? |

Doorstops?
Only old BBs I still have are a 950 and a 957. Never getting rid of those. |
Re: Old 9330, New Uses
I donate my old devices to charities that refurb and give to those that need them, either as phones or as 911 calling devices.

Re: Old 9330, New Uses
I've donated several old BB's and phones over the years to a charity that sends refurbished devices to Costa Rica. I think I'll keep this one around for fun.
