A few issues, need a little help!
 

I have a few issues with my phone that hopefully I can get some help with!

1 I lost my apps for the "to do list" and "notepad" how do I get those back? I checked and they are not just hidden.

2 My phone keeps losing sound! Periodically I will get no sound and have to do a hard shut down to restore it. I have set my alarm on it a time or two and it will be going off and I never heard it because its like its in silent mode, but actaully on loud.

3 Phone shuts down and restarts all the time!

4 Seems my trackball keeps getting stuck. I will be scrolling and all a sudden the cursor would stop moving.

Any ideas on anything??? Im wondering if Im going to need to get it replaced through insurance?

1. Have you checked to make sure it didn't get put away in another folder by accident?

As for the other problems...I would probably consider getting it replaced if possible. That seems like a lot of issues for (what I'm assuming to be) a relatively new phone.

Other considerations: have you gotten the phone wet by chance? Dropped it?

Your OS on your device is corrupt. Do a clean reload of your device software or upgrade the device software (if available). You will need to download the software from your wireless provider website.
