help me

1.i closed my bb for a few days and all of the sudden t all my contact and notes are gone. how can i get it all back?

2.If i locked my phone and somebody tried to unlock it until the 10 times limit does it master reset my phone automatically ?

please help me guys.

1. If nothing is on the phone, you will have to restore it from a backup if you have one or start from scratch.

2. Yes. Absolutely.

yes..it would reset the phone automatically..BB has set its system to revert to default system once its failed to unlock after 10 tries
