8520 bb earpiece stoped working

I used an headphone and after that I notice when receiving calls the other person is not hearing,what can I do ? Someone said its a Vitus

Is the problem just when using the headphones, or do you have a problem with the the device by itself?

As far as the headphones, wired or wireless? Can you test them with another device?
