1st Sync (Intel)- PocketMac wants a Serial #
Hey everyone, I just got a 8700g yesterday and I've been trying to figure out how to sync it to my MacBook Pro. I've installed the free version of PocketMac for intel but when I hook up my berry to the computer, a window pops up saying I need to "register my blackberry software" and then proceeds to ask me for a SERIAL NUMBER.
Can anyone explain to me why I'm getting this window? I thought PocketMac was now free? Or where can I find one of these Serial Numbers? I have a feeling this is a really obvious question but I've read all the threads and I didn't see an answer. Thanks! |
You should have received and email from PocketMac with an SN after your DL, do you have a SPAM filter running?

Serial number - blackberry software
I have downloaded the pocket mac software from the pocketmac site in order to sync my balckberry with entourage.
I need to get a serial number for my blackberry software and have followed your advice from previous posts. I cannot get a serial number anywhere. How do I go about getting one?? |
I found that you get a serial number only when you download the original version, not the update for intel duo macs.
