HELP HELP with contacts
 

My friend has a bb curve 8330 the usb/charging port is broken. He upgraded and got a droid His service is VZ when he activated the droid the bb was deactivated. the droid backed up his contacts all his old contacts were erased from the VZ server. They are however still in the BB. How do I help him get the contacts to his new phone. He does not have another bluetooth device so that is not an option. usb is out of the question due to the bad port. May God bless you and thank you

Without an active data plan or a working USB port, there's nothing you can do.

Temporarily activate the Curve on the account. Download the Verizon Backup Assistant to the device and back it up that way. Or install Google Sync on the device and back it up that way.

Then reactivate the other device on the account.

If he wants them the only option is to ask around your friends and find someone with a laptop with Bluetooth. It's common on laptops. Good luck!
