Help Desk Panel to reset activation and purge pending messages

Does anyone know if there are panels available to do these two features?

So far I am testing a PHP web interface to reset the activation password but I have not been able to figure out how to purge pending messages for a user.

Basically, I am directly interfacing with the SQL database and do not know how the purge pending messages is handled in the database.

Sorry for the off-topic reply, as I don't have an answer to your questions.
Just wanted to let you know that your profile has a typo in it. There's no 7520 for Verizon. I think you meant 7250.

Just give them JR_admin rights

Click on servers and then Role Administration and add the users.

I know that is available and would do that if I could, management doesn't want it.

These and other "HelpDesk" tasks are coming from us shortly...

Figured it out. I now have a web interface that let's the support center reset an activation password, view statistics for user messages, and purge pending messages. It also logs the activity to a DB so I know what user was reset, from what PC it was done on, and when and the reason why as well as emails the end user to let them know.

Shout, thought I had it but it must have been a fluke.

I thought setting the PurgePendingCommand column in the UserConfig table to 1 would do it but that isn't it.
Can't seem to find where this happens at but need to find it. Any ideas anyone?
