How to disable warning message of charger when connects with BB Q10
 

Hi;

I have a problem with my BB-Q10 that some time when i connect the original charger with it, a message appears that "this charger charges the battery fast. Use original charger came with device" and charging aborted. After 5-7 attempts (ON/OFF of charger) then charging starts. Kindly help how do disable this message.

Multiple issues can cause this
1 defective battery
2 defective charger ( BB identifies the charger value )( requires 750 mill charger)
3 software upgrade is needed. BB has a problem with some versions on some chargers.
just get the latest OS.

The message is part of the OS and cannot be disabled.

please update the model and carrier on your profile.
