broken volume rocker
 

It doesn't work on applications e.g. you tube, media, calls etc. The rocker makes a tone up and down but the actual volume only works intermittantly and when it does work the on-screen volume bars go up and down. I tried a battery pull but no lonve.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Battery pull. Also, load the newest OS.

If all else fails, contact horizon wireless about a fix. It could be a hardware issue. If you have insurance, its your time to cash in

I'm finding now that it works perfectly for the speaker phone and telephone earpiece but not on media or web content e.g. youtube. This sounds more software related. Any ideas as the batter pull didn't do anything. Thanks.
