iOS8 Safari issues
Hi Guys,
I hope everyone is well ? I am new to this forum. I was wondering if I could get some help on an issue please? I have BES 10. Exchange 2010. All my iOS users are on universal device management via BES and I noticed that the users that upgraded to iOS 8 (now 8.02) have Safari issues on their devices. If you go to settings / safari / Block cookies the bottom two options are greyed out. This is effecting them using some sites. So I have now updated to BES10.2.4 and set the policy on BES for iOS devices to allows Allow, thinking this would help and it does not, users that did not upgrade to iOS8 do not have this issue. Any ideas ? :bb: :x |
Re: iOS8 Safari issues
what happens if you delete the work space and add it back in?

Re: iOS8 Safari issues
Hi, sorry to sound untechnical but just for the sake of clarity can you explain this ? I removed and reapplied the policy to the user if that's what you mean ?

Re: iOS8 Safari issues
Remove the app from the device and add it back in again, activate and test

Not only with Safari issues but with the system as well. It gets sluggish and apps freeze
