Hello all, new here.

I'm tring to install BB Desktop Manager using the latest download from BB site 610_b034_multilanguage.exe. When I execute the file the files are unzipped and I get prompted to select the language. Then two windows open, one black window with the work Blackberry and another windows stating "Backberry Desktop Software is preparing the install shield wizzard... Configuring Windows Installer."

Both windows then close (after about 30 seconds) and I get a Windows Installer popup.

/quiet...


Once I close that the winz-zip states that it is deleting temporary files and closes. Nothing else happens.

I installed BB Device Manager without any issues.
