Error sending IT Policy

Another problem for you BES masters :smile:
Again I reiterate im new to BES admin so go easy on me.

I have bes 4.1 SP4 working ok it seems throuygbarring internet acess on another thread discussion.
I have also noticed I get IT Policy Status: Error
If it try to resend it usual fails. Strangely though it does not happen with all devices.

I have not ammended the IT policy, its still default.
Can anyone advise what could be wrong or tests/checks I can do to provide you with more fault detail?

Is this a new device you are adding to BES or one that is already on BES.

In either case, perform a security wipe and re-add to BES.

Without seeing server logs it would be hard to say. Your best option is to go with x14's suggestion at this time.

Quick test could be if you have more than one BES attached to the same dB try moving from one to another which does a reactivation, other wise wipe and reactivate.
