Two t-zones icons on my phone

Yesterday I didn't have two t-zones icons. Since then, my blackberry got "registered" again, and now there are two icons.

How can I get rid of one?

Thanks!

you can try to delete the service books for the browser and go back in to the BIS site and resend service books

I just deleted the service books and that was it!

Thanks!

I also have the dual T-Zones shortcut on the desktop Did you delete all of the services books or just the duplicate books?

I'm not real clear on this. I would assume that you might have deleted all of your service books and then had them resent to your BB.

Sorry if I seem ignorant, i'm new to the BB.

Thanks

Just delete the duplicate service books. It might say WAP2.0 or something like that.

Well I dont know what happened but I decided to hide the duplicate T-Zone icon on the desktop. I did some profile customization, and hooked it up to my computer and backed it up.

I was just considering deleting possibly the extra service book as shown below, when I decided to check the show all option for the items on my desk top and the T-Zone didn't come back. I do seem to have a duplicate of file below. I may take a cahnce and delete it anyway. Since I could still resend my service books without the T-Zone, I think!

Does this look like the duplicate file people are talking about?

On Second thought this appears to be one part of two parts that are needed, the other file that looks alot like this file is a transport file, that shares some of the same properties . I wouldn't delete this file or the other one that is similar to it.

So back to the guessing game. Maybe someone will type in the actual file as it appears in the service books. So we can be sure which one to delete?

Or can we just delete all service books and then reorder them?

I don't remember what they're called, as they've been deleted.
