Where do I go to download the latest AT&T new OS?

Where do I go to download the latest Official AT&T new OS if/when there is an upgrade? Or to see if I have the latest version.

maybe try here too (and select bold) BUT they never seem to have anything newer than original release

i can't tell you either way

i'm not a techie and the gurus at my firm won't help me install newer unofficial OSs nor back me up if i somehow bumbled my way through a complete update
