8350i APP ERROR 200
 
Tried to upload Latest OS.142. I'm new to this forum and rushed right into this Thread. I though I was seeing when this was originally posted next to it, but that was just the last time someone has posted to it. Only read the first couple posts instead of reading the last couple... and here I am... had a phone that worked great (except for not receiving texts without turning OFF then On) and now I'm just staring at an ERROR... PLEASE HELP!!!

Dubdub... Thank you very much, for you have helped me fix a problem that I have had since 7am EST this morning... I've been on the phone constantly with tech support who had me doing things that have got me nowhere today other than to get reacquainted with my PC and the chair in front of it...from the time you sent the response til about 30mins ago is all it took to fix this issue... I lost my whole Sunday messing with this and you just saved me from wasting a Monday from doing the same... THANKS AGAIN

HELP!!! I have a brand new 8350i I have my own SIM card that is a Promotional account through Nextel. They cant help me. I get an app error 200 message and I am stuck I am gonna cry...please help anyone...in laymans terms please.....I beg of you!

Is your SIM the black 128K SIM. If not it is not compatible with the 8350i.
