no msn messenger for 8120?

i m trying to download windows live messenger on my 8120 but when i try to do it i get the message 'sorry, your device does not seem to meet the system requirements that are needed to support windows live messenger'

does this mean that the 8120 is unable to support windows live messenger?

Do you have any dataplan? I think it checks that even if you're trying that on wifi

i am on a data plan yes, im on 'talk with blackberry' on orange uk:oops:

hmm have you tried palringo, type palringo.mobi on your device, and see if it works that is what i use now. plus I think you need to login to orange's BIS page, and re send your service books, as I have msn on the list of the service books, is it on yours?
