adding more to notes on contacts

I need to add extensive notes on some of my contacts in my address book. Some of the notes come out that I have entered in MS Outlook but they do not ALL get transferred to my BB 7102t. Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.

Longshot, but when viewing a contact, can you click the wheel and select, 'More?'
