Not Receiving BES Emails...
So, I've been using my 9700 for about 3 weeks now and all of a sudden, on the 24th, I stopped receiving all of my enterprise emails. I wiped the devices and setup enterprise activation and nothing. I re-wiped the device today, ran the EA and it said "Activation Successful" however, the issue remains. I can send emails from my Enterprise account, however I cannot receive.
I don't have any filters applied; I can receive PIN messages, I can receive my yahoo and gmail but not the enterprise email. Do you have any ideas??? |

Have you called/spoken with you BES Admin? That should have been the first thing to do. Have you tried a battery pull? |

I checked the BES and it shows contact and no pending messages. Will try a battery pull now, however I do think I've taken it out since this all started. |
Turned out to be a corrupt Desktop CMIME service book. I'm all good now.
