when I click on my pics, they wont open
 

I've gone through the media folder as well as the camera icon to open pics-no luck. I'm able to take pics and send them right away but when I try to access them later to view/send, they will not open. I did re boot with the phone on, it didn't help. Any ideas?

Shortly after I replied to your I found the following link that tells you how to upgrade OS. I followed the instructions and it works!!!

thank you! I think I may have to look in the Mac user area. This download didn't work for me but I do appreciate your help...as least I'm one step closer
