Google Calender sync problem !
 

Hi guys im new on here, so hi.

been looking on for a while and the sites helped me out loads with my new 9700, i had a 8900 before.

I have synced my university calender to my phone with the google sync programme ( due my uni email being with google), but after working for a week, i seem to have no entries in my calender for this and is really annoying me ! It worked fine for around 6months that i had it installed and set up on my 8900 so im just wondering whether it could be 9700 causing the problem or i need to set something up differently ??

Its alrite, i figure out the problem.

If anyone else needs the help, make sure when you first set up the googlesync that you select your email address, and within that section you click to make the calender linked it highlighled / checked, then it will sync and download your calender entries.

ahh ! You don't actually if they are using the google connector.....

I believe if they are using a bes you can set it up to sync via outlook using the connector....But I'm guessing they probably aren't footing the bill for a BES server.

Kind of curious my work is on Apps (not sure if it's premiere = what google edu is ).

And my stuff doesn't sync.

hi there. your posting was very helpful, thanks. but after i set up google sync, it will only sync one way, from the google calendar to my BB. do you happen to know how I can get it to sync both ways, from BB to google calendar as well?
