Sounds like something that will be the gag line on an upcoming South Park episode.

In Norman the guy most likely would get his car attacked with this license plate. The tax guys were trying to protect his property.

There was one I read about a woman that wanted the tag "TOFULVR" and they would not allow it because "FU" is part of their no no list of word combinations.

If they were to allow it, I could see some being offended. In a perfect world, we would all learn to accept and love each other.
