Problem when receiving calls and the key lock is active

Dear Guys,

I'm having a problem with my BB 9700 that when i receive a call from someone already in contact list and the key lock is on the name is not showing while if the key lock is not locked the name comes?????

thts all in ur lock options i know it has something to do with tht because when i first got my phone i seen the option
