Exchange email replies not showing original message

Hi all. When I get an email on my work Blackberry, when I reply to it the original message isn't being shown. Is there some automatic setting that would delete or hide this text?

Please disregard. I saw the issue. He was attempting to use the unified messaging and not the email that was on there.
