restoring data to another phone

So I lost my 9900. :cry:

I was wondering if I can restore from a older backup (CAB and IPD files) pictures and docs to a microSD card in my old 9550? Or is there a way to just open up the CAB and copy the files that I want?

You can restore an IPD file to the device memory, but not to the Media Card.

And the IPD file doesn't contain pictures and documents.
