Outlook Meeting Proposal Question/Issue

I have a user with a Torch that came with this issue. We are setup on BES.

When someone sends me a new time (date) proposal on a meeting request I sent out, the proposed time (date) does not show up on my Blackberry. What shows up is the original time (date) of the scheduled meeting.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
