Q10, BES10 & Single Workspace

Hi guys, I need to test out the single workspace functionality on our environment. Does anyone know how to turn this on via the policies?

I'm running BlackBerry Administration Service Version: 6.2.0.36

EDIT: I see BES10 SP1 is listed on the site...however it isn't allowing me to download it as of yet.

Not sure if it's the same in BES 10, but I believe the policy option you're looking for in 10.1 would be:

Unified View for Work and Personal Accounts and Messages

Allow (default)

Specify whether the BlackBerry Hub displays work and personal accounts and messages together in a single view. If you set this rule to Disallow, the device must display work accounts and messages in a separate view from personal accounts and messages in the BlackBerry Hub.

This rule applies only to BlackBerry devices with a version later than 10.1.0

It's under the Software tab, listed in the group Rules for all devices.

Re: Q10, BES10 & Single Workspace

First of all apologies for digging up an old post. We installed BES 10.1 and enabled this policy setting and it didn't seem to have the effect I was expecting. The Personal and Work Hubs showed both sets of accounts, it looked like the only way to stop the Work messages showing in the Personal hub was to not login. Is this what happens on your devices? I've since installed the 10.1.1 update on the BES server and that still has the same effect.

Thanks

I think to do this you need a separate Corporate CAL
