Duplicate Mailbox in Outlook

I'm using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2003. I recently installed BES 4.1.2 and once I wirelessly activated my BB I have a duplicate copy of my mailbox listed in Outlook.

So I have

Mailbox - Chris R

Mailbox - Chris R

Any suggestions?
