"Data Connection Refused"....
 

I just cancelled my unlimited plan because I currently dont use the internet on my phone enough for paying 39.99 a month. So... after I cancelled it, at the top of my phone it says "Data Connection Refused". Is there a way to get rid of this by making the phone stop trying to connect? Please help... thanks.

Figured it out... turned apps off and removed battery. Sorry to clog the boards.:oops:

Hi, just go to options, network, Data Services and turn it off

I tried to do that and it's still on my screen, too. "data connection refused". How annoying.

After that do you turn off the network and turn it on again?

Data connection refused will show if there is no blackberry data plan on the account
