Adding handheld CALs to eval copy of BES - Help!
 

We are currently running an eval copy of BES 4.0 thru Sprint.
I just added 60 handheld CALs to the BES.
Now the BES eval license key is no longer showing, and it took away the 20 CALs that come with the eval copy. It now shows having 60 CALs (instead of 80) and when I start Blackberry Manager the popup "you have 60 days left" no longer appears.

We have BES license ordered (but no license key yet). I called Sprint, they said they didn't know the answer and for me to e-mail Blackberry from their website. (we have tier3 support thru RIM on order in today, but RIM currently doesn't know me).

Not sure how long it'll take for RIM to answer a support e-mail, but does anyone know if I screwed up my BES? Everything seems okay, and I can send and synch mails to and from the handhelds, but with it taking away that eval license I'm worried. Any help would be appreciated.

i believe once you add non-eval CALs, it will remove the evaluation CALs from the server. not much you can do. you may want to contact RIM to verify, however.
