Not really sure as I have not seen this problem. Are your running some type of application that is taking up a large portion of the phones memory?

With ZBook you can edit them on your PC as well...

With ZBook you can edit them on your PC as well as add/delete or change any information. I have about 100 contacts and it takes like 25 sec to upload and sync with the system.
